VINCENNES — Mr. and Mrs. Paul Brunson, 203 Alexander Drive, Vincennes, will be honored at an open house from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on June 6 at the Washington Community Building, Eastside Park, in honor of their upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. Dixie Dougherty and Paul Brunson were married on June 11, 1960, at the Old Cathedral in Vincennes by the Rev. Patrick Foster. Their attendants were Donna (Dougherty) Parker and Don Brunson. They have a son and three daughters: Dennis Brunson of Washington; Paula Westfall of Vincennes; Robin Adair of Columbus, Ind., and Julie Webster, of Bridgeport, Ill. The couple have eight grandchildren. All friends of the couple are invited to the open house.
