WASHINGTON — Steven and Paula Thomas will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary Saturday. They were married June 19, 1970, at the Otterbein United Methodist Church by Rev. Orville Hendrixson. They are the parents of Julie Brandenburg, Amy Duncan and Ryan Thomas. They have four grandchildren. Their parents were the late Delmar and Ruth Thomas and the late Paul McCain. Wanita MacDonald resides in Nokomis, Fla.
