WASHINGTON — Former Washington resident Tony Wilson and Theresa (Stepanek) Wilson will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Oct. 21. They were married in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Theresa's hometown of LaPorte.

Among the groomsmen were Washington residents Tom Miles, Frank Wilson, Morris Petty and Mack Petty. The best man was Washington resident Tony Borders.

The Wilsons have resided in the north Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C., for the past 40 years and have a winter home in the Tampa, Fla., area. They have two sons, Chris of Charlottesville, Va., and Brian of Falls Church, Va.

They celebrated their 40th anniversary on a vacation with their sons in one of the favorite towns, Key West, Fla.
