Anna Marie Noland and Ronald Frette were married Oct. 1, 1939, at Pontoppitan Lutheran Church in Elliott, Ill.
Elaine Frette Walters and Marlo Noland, siblings of the couple, served as their attendants.
The Frettes are the parents of five sons, Richard of Swansee, Ill., Gerry (Ruth Helen), David (Deborah), Steve (Jane) and Mark (Annette), all of Washington.
They have 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The Frettes will celebrate with an open house at Christ United Methodist Church in Washington from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in the fellowship hall.
All friends and family are invited.
The couple requests no gifts.
