WASHINGTON — Elmer and Laveda (Holsapple) Cox will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Saturday, April 21. They are the parents of two daughters, Brenda (Alvin) Chestnut of Plainville and Darlene (Kevin) Newton of Winter Haven, Fla. They have five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
