WASHINGTON — Phyllis M. Mangin and John L. Briggeman were united in marriage June 16, 1962, with Rev. Hilary F. Vieck officiating in the Catholic church. Attendants and witnesses were Lawrence O. Briggeman and Sharon R. (Hayes) Decker. They are the parents of four children, Anita (Gary) Dunt of Vincennes, Karla (Jack) Mahan of Washington, Ed (Mendee) Briggeman of Indianapolis, and Amy (Dale) Schmitz of Petersburg. The couple also have nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
