Jackie Small, of Owensboro, Kentucky, dusts off his 1965 Corvette Sting Ray during the Carfest at Eastside Park on Sunday afternoon. Small purchased the car in 1974 and over the years has had quite a bit of restoration and changes done to the car. The Vette originally had a stock 327 cubic inch engine which has been changed to a 509 cubic inch turbo jet along with transmission and chasis changes which allows him to compete in a few races each year.
