I-69 a step closer

Jim Newlin, 91, listens to speeches at the long-awaiting groundbreaking for I-69 in Daviess County. Speaking at the groundbreaking were Washington Mayor Larry Haag and INDOT Deputy Commissioner Sam Sarvis. The groundbreaking was held at Daviess County Airport on Wednesday morning.
