Washington couple lifelined after motorcycle wreck

HAYSVILLE, Ind. — A Washington couple was lifelined after a motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon near Haysville, Ind.

John P. Auberry, age 52, and his wife, Sherry G. Auberry, were riding a 1986 Honda motorcycle on SR 56, east of Kellerville Road, when John was attempting to round a curve. He started to drift off the roadway, and when exiting the curve, struck a mailbox and came to rest in a ditch.

Both were lifelined for their injuries. Haysville First Responders and Memorial EMS worked the scene.
