Attending were Mayor Larry Haag, Mike Elliott, Miles Rodimel, Eric Heilster, Taylor Stuffle, Ethan Mattingly, Amy Stuffle, Max Stuffle, Art Biddinger, Phyllis Stuffle, Karl Stuffle, Justin Phillips, Luke Dayton, Karla McAtee, R.
