Is Charlie gone? I would think that after the loss to Navy his fate is sealed. Break out the Chuckky dolls, because Gruden may not be a great announcer, but he will be a hell of a coach up there.

By the way I watched the UConn and Cincinnati game on Saturday night. Did any one notice that game featured ND’s two quarterbacks from 2006 class, Zach Frazer for UConn and Demi Jones, who is a linebacker at UCinn now. They were Rivals.com No. 2 and 3 behind Mitch Mustain who went to Arkansas and later transferred to be the No. 3 guy at USC. Funny how things work out at that level.

Purdue come in at No. 7 and Butler is No. 9 in the ESPN poll. I have been a big fan of Butler’s Matt Howard since the first time I saw him at Super Hoops playing Bosse, right before the B-R-Lanesville game at Hinkle two or three years ago.

I hope the new place for the blog is working for you. It is not want I wanted, because there are no comments, twitter updates or the other bells and whistles, but at least it is up for now.
