Rachel and Gary Baker of Loogootee and Terry Westfall of Newburgh announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Grace Westfall, to Jon Daniel Swartzentruber of Loogootee. He is the son of Herbert Swartzentruber of Loogootee and the late Billie Ann Swartzentruber.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Shoals High School and received a nursing degree from Vincennes University. She will continue on for her Bachelor’s degree in January. She is currently a nurse at Golden Living Center in Petersburg.
The future bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Loogootee High School. He is an electrician out of IBEW Local Union 16, Evansville.
The wedding is Oct. 10 at Harvest Community Church, Bloomfield. Reception to follow at Montgomery Ruritan. Invitations will be sent.
