Miller, Dougherty to wed


Angella M. Miller and J. Douglas Dougherty announce their wedding on Saturday at a private ceremony in Gatlinburg, Tenn.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Carl and Betty Fields of Loogootee. She is employed at Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center as a member of the Financial Core Team supporting the Electro-Optics Division.

The future bridegroom is the son of Wallace Dougherty of Plainville, and Sam and Madonna Jones of Washington. He is employed with Briggs & Stratton Corporation out of Milwaukee, Wis., as the director of distributor support for North America.

They will reside at 9510 N 100W, Plainville.

Upon their return they invite all friends and family to join them in celebration from 7 p.m. to midnight Aug. 8 at the Montgomery Ruritan Building.

The couple requests the only gift be your continued friendship.
