WASHINGTON — Mr. and Mrs. John Petty announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter Krystle Petty to Tracey Russell, son of Connie Neukam and the late Woodie Russell. The future bride is a recent graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a masters degree in criminal justice. She is currently employed by Vincennes University as an adjunct faculty member. The future bridegroom is currently pursuing a degree from Vincennes University in computer/software support. He is currently employed by HostCrew Website Hosting LLC. The wedding will be at First Baptist Church on June 23. Formal invitations have been sent.
