WASHINGTON — Aubrey Shellee Wagler, daughter of Cathy Shofner and Bill and Gayle Wagler, all of Washington, and Michael John Betancourt, son of Larry and Marie Williams of Sims, Ill., and Antonio and Maria Betancourt of Houston, Texas, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. The ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. Oct. 6 in Eastside Park, with a reception immediately following at the RSVP Building.
