WASHINGTON — Bill and Linda Quakenbush of Scotland, Ind., are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Lulinda Kae Quakenbush, to Brandon Matthew Koontz of Crane. Mr. Koontz is the son of Billy and Melissa Koontz of Crane. The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Bloomfield High School and is currently employed by Hinkle Contracting as a safety coordinator and office administrator. The future bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Loogootee High School. A member of the Carpenters Local 1664, he is employed by Gohmann Asphalt and Construction. The wedding will take place Oct. 20. The couple plans to reside in Scotland.
