WASHINGTON — Allyson Ann Fulcher and Michael Drew Joyce announce their engagement and approaching wedding. The bride-elect is the daughter of Kathleen and Gary Allison of Washington and Steven and Karen Fulcher of Oakland City. The future bridegroom is the son of Tammy and Eric George of Washington. The couple will devote their lives as one in marriage at 2 p.m. July 24 at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. A reception will follow at 4 p.m. at the Eastside Park Community Building. All family and friends are invited to attend.
