Amanda L. Walls and Billy L. Griswold, along with their parents would like to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Tracy Walls and John and Lori Grannan, all of Washington. She is the granddaughter of David and Linda Walls, Janet Grannan, Margie and Donald Boes, also all of Washington, and the late Jack Grannan and the late Jerry James Sr. She graduated from Washington Catholic High School in 2002 and from the University of Southern Indiana in 2007 with two bachelor degrees in radiologic and imaging sciences and health services. She is currently employed at Urgent Care in Huntingburg as a radiographer.
The future bridegroom is the son of Earl and Mary Beth Griswold of Princeton. He is the grandson of Mildred Tice of Illinois, the late Cecil Tice and the late James Griswold.
He graduated from Wood Memorial in Oakland City in 2000 and from Vincennes University in 2002 with an Associates Degree in tool and die. He is currently employed at Toyota of Indiana in the tool and die department and as fire chief for the town of Francisco.
A wedding is planned for Friday at St. James in Haubstadt. Invitations have been sent.
