WASHINGTON — Tiffanie Englehart and Gary Arthur announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The bride-elect is the daughter of Bryan and Connie Englehart of Washington and Caroline and Aaron Holt of Daphne, Ala. She is a 2001 graduate of North Daviess High School and currently attends Vincennes University. She is currently employed at Washington Catholic Preschool and Cardinal Care. The future bridegroom is the son of Phil and Shelia Arthur of Lakeland, Fla., and Joyce and Bill Goodwin of Washington. He is a 1998 graduate of Washington High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in ag economics from Purdue University. He is a partner and operator of Memering Farms. The couple will exchange vows Aug. 7 at Bethel North, followed by a reception at the Montgomery Ruritan. Invitations have been sent but all friends and family are welcome.
