PETITION OF MIDWEST NATURAL GAS CORPORA-TION FOR APPROVAL OF CHANGES IN ITS GAS RATES THROUGH A GAS COST ADJUSTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH IND. CODE 8-1-2-42(g)
Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in Room Judicial Courtroom 224 of the National City Center, Indianapolis, Indiana, commencing at 10:15 a.m., EDT, on Wednesday, September 26, 2007. This hearing is open to the public.
