Sheriff's sale set — Carmel

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the clerk of Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0804-MF-132, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for Equity One Inc. Mortgage Pass Through Certificate Series #2006-A was Plaintiff, and Bonnie P. Carmel and German American Bank, were Defendants, requiring me to take the sums as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in, Daviess County, Indiana.

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 5 West, described as follows:

Commencing at a point 245 feet North and 239 feet West of the Northeast Quarter Corner of Lot #1 in Block #2 in Harvey Smiley’s Addition to the Town of Odon, Indiana, and running thence North 133.25 feet; thence West 80 feet; thence South 133.25 feet; thence East 60 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.18 acre, more or less.

Also including a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 5 West, described as follows: Commencing 40 feet North and 239 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Lot #1 in Block of #2 in Harvey Smiley’s Addition to the Town of Odon, Indiana and running thence North 205 feet; thence West 60 feet; thence South 205 feet to Main Street in said Town; thence East along the North side of Main Street 60 feet to the place of beginning.

More commonly known as 400 East Main Street, Odon, IN 47562.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
