TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0805-MF-177 wherein Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Howard L. Craft and Unknown Tenant Whose True Name is Unknown, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of October, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.

Lots 253, 255, 256, 280 and the West one-third of Lot 281, all in West Washington Place, an Addition to the City of Washington, Indiana.

Being the same property conveyed to Howard L. Craft from Wanda G. Forbes by Warranty Deed dated January 24, 2004 and recorded January 28, 2004 as Instrument No. 04-0464, in the office of the Recorder of Daviess County, Indiana.

More commonly known as 252 W. Vine Street, Washington, Daviess County, Indiana.

Parcel No. 017-09810-00

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
