NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE

By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Daviess Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclo-sure entered on April 9, 2009, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Daviess County, in Daviess County, Indiana, located at 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501 on July 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, issues andincome or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Daviess County, Indiana, to-wit:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 6 West, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 30 10/13 rods West of the Northeast corner thereof, thence South 26 rods; thence East 15 5/13 rods; thence North 26 rods; thence West 15 5/13 rods to the place of beginning, Daviess County, Indiana.

Commonly known as: 5943 East 1500 North, Elnora, IN 47529

Tax ID Number: 14-02-15-100-05.000-003

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws comflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).

It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Daviess County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.

Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
