By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0902-MF-111, wherein Chase Home Finance LLC was plaintiff, and Kent N. Talbert, was the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of July, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Daviess County, Indiana:
