WASHINGTON — BE IT KNOWN, that on the 6th day of March, 2012, the above named Petitioner, Angela Vaquero, by and through counsel Shawna D. Webster of WEBSTER & WEBSTER, LLC, P.O. Box 1300, Vincennes, IN 47591, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, in the State of Indiana, a Motion to Set Final Hearing, and the Petitioner having also filed in said Clerk’s office her Affidavit showing that the residence of the Respondent, Maximino Vaquero, upon diligent inquiry is unknown and that said matter pertains to a dissolution of marriage, and that the Respondent, Maximino Vaquero, is a necessary party thereto, and whereas said Petitioner having by endorsement on said Petition required said Maximino Vaquero must respond within thirty (30) days after the last notice of publication, and if she fails to do so, judgment by default may be entered against her.

NOW THEREFORE, by order of said Court, the said Maximino Vaquero is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Motion and that unless she appears and answers or otherwise defends thereto at the calling of said cause on the 14th day of May, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Daviess Circuit Court in the County of Washington, Indiana, State of Indiana, said Petition and the matters contained therein and alleged will be heard and determined in his absence.
