By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0902-MF-099, wherein Wells Fargo Bank National Association, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-FFH3 was Plaintiff, and Terry L. Groves, Elizabeth C. Groves, NationsCredit Financial Services Corporation f/k/a EquiCredit Corporation of IN. and Omni Insurance were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Aug., 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.
