By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0810-MF-461 wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company, f/k/a Bankers Trust Company of California was Plaintiff, and Jerome P. Hunsinger and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company F/K/A Banker Trust Company of California, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee or its Permitted Successors and Assigns, on behalf of Vendee Mortgage Trust 2001-1 were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Aug., 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.
