By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0911-MF-552 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB6 was Plaintiff, and David N. Dunn, Star E. Dunn, State of Indiana and United States of America were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Aug., 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.
