NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Washington, on the 24th day of March, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of Washington, County of Daviess, State of Indiana, will hold a public hearing on: Case #10-1-V: Paws-N-Pals Pet Center request for a variance for side setbacks for an addition to building. Property is located at 1390 S. State Road 57.
A copy of the petition is on file in the office of the Secretary of the City of Washington Board of Zoning Appeals, 2113 Memorial Avenue, in Washington, Daviess County, State of Indiana.
That written objections to the proposal that are filed with the Secretary before the hearing will be considered.
Oral comments concerning the proposal will be heard.
Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
