In accordance with Indiana Administrative Code 312 IAC 25-4-129, Black Beauty Coal Company, LLC, 7100 Eagle Crest Blvd, Evansville, IN 47715 herewith provides public notice of application for renewal #2 of mining permit #S-00308 at the Viking Mine, Corning Pit. The area is located approximately 3.5 miles south of Montgomery, Indiana. The area is described as follows: Sections 14 & 23, Harrison Township, Sections 13 & 24, Reeve Township, all of the above is located in T2N-R6W, Daviess County, Indiana, as well as portions of the west 1/2 of Section 17, Section 18 and also portions of the west 1/2 of Section 19, again located in Reeve Township, T2N-R5W, Daviess County, Indiana. This area being identified within the Alfordsville & Glendale USGS 7.5 Minute Quad-rangles. Property owners within the permit area include: Abe A. Knepp, Agnes Bailey, Albert E.
