LEGAL NOTICE
Milestone Contractors, L.P. (1602 W. 3rd Street, Unit D, Bloomington, IN 47404) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Manage-ment of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with a new facility located at 13966 N 550 East, Elnora, IN 47529. The runoff from the project site will discharge to the White River. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Bob Beyke of Milestone Contractors, L.P.
