Construction to begin near CR 150S

WASHINGTON — PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Indiana Code 327 IAC 15-5-5 from the NPDES General Permit Rule Program, this is to notify the public that the following construction activity is to commence. The project site is approximately 2.02 acres located on the south side on County Road 150 south approximately 850 feet east of the State Road 57 and County Road 150 south intersection in Washington, Indiana. It is proposed to construct three multi-family residential structures (total of 24 units) and a 3,500 square foot office building. A porous asphalt pavement system shall be utilized for stormwater collection and to meet all water quantity and quality requirements. The treated stormwater shall outlet into an unnamed tributary of Veale Creek. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Fall of 2010.
