M. Carrico appointed to James Carrico estate

WASHINGTON — Notice is hereby given that Marjorie Carrico was on the 5th day of March, 2012, appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of James E. Carrico, deceased, who died on January 4, 2012. and is serving as Executrix of the decedent’s estate, and was authorized to proceed under unsuper-vised administration.

All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after decedent’s death, whichever is earlier,  or the claims will be forever barred.
