Washington,IN — NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-1002-MF-080, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Deborah M. Zigler was Defendant,  requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Aug., 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501 Daviess County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Daviess County, Indiana:

Lot number forty-seven (47) in hyatt's western addition except a part of said lot, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the southwest corner of said lot 47 and running thence east 35 feet to a point due south of the center of the well located on said lot; thence north through the center of said well to the north line of said lot 47; thence west 35 feet to the northwest corner of said lot 47; thence south to the place of beginning.

More commonly known as: 620 West Van Trees, Washington, IN 47501

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
