The Southern Indiana Development Commission (SIDC) is soliciting proposals for the following professional services:
Energy Audit Services
Inspection/Elderly Ass-essment Services
Lead Risk Assessor, Lead Abatement Super-visor, and Lead Clearance Examiner
The above services will be used in conjunction with Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) Com-munity Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for owner occupied housing rehabilitation in the communities of Elnora (Daviess County), Montgomery (Daviess County) and Plainville (Daviess Coun-ty).
