Lot Number Two (2) in Sarah N. Burrell’s Second Addition to the Town of Odon, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Daviess County, Indiana.
Commonly known as: 106 East Cooper Street, Odon, IN 47562.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown with their last known address as follows:
Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Floyd F. Harper a/k/a Floyd Freeman Harper, 106 East Cooper Street, Odon, IN 47562
Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Floyd F. Harper a/k/a Floyd Freeman Harper c/o Rita J. Baldwin, Attorney, 100 East Main Street, Odon, IN 47562.
In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
