NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0909-MF-459, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Lee E. Jurras and Alecia H. Jurras were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of February 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Three (3) in Wright, Clark & Wilson’s Addition to the City of Washington, known as Long Branch, in the City of Washington, Indiana, less 34 feet off the east side thereof.
More commonly known as 906 West Main St., Washington, IN 47501-2515.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
