By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Daviess County,a Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0912-MF-593, wherein First Federal Savings Bank of Washington was Plaintiff, and Shawn E. Pope and Lauri A. Pope were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said decree with accruing interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of April, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Daviess County Security Center, 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Daviess County, Indiana, to-wit:

Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 2 North, Range 7 West, in Washington Township, Daviess County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a stone found marking the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1; thence North 86 degrees 12 minutes 29 seconds West, a distance of 827.64 feet; thence North, a distance of 672.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod with a plastic cap stamped “JOHNSON 20000002”, hereon referred to as a “Johnson monument”; thence North 88 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 505.28 feet to a nail with a washer stamped “LS20000002”, thence North, a distance of 293.08 feet to a nail in the center of County Road 125 East, being also the point of beginning; thence East, a distance of 245.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod with a plastic cap stamped “WALKER 20200085”; thence North, a distance of 177.80 feet to a Johnson monument; thence West, 245.00 feet to a nail with a washer stamped “LS20000002” in the center of County Road 125 East; thence South, a distance of 177.80 feet to the point of beginning.

Subject to a 10-foot public drainage and utility easement along the north, east, and south lines of the above tract.

This tract contains 1.000 acres, more or less, and is subject to all legal easements and rights-of-way.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale to be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. Subject to taxes due and payable after the date of sale.
