Sheriff's Sale - Jennifer Lynne Leonard

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0904-MF-196 wherein Regions Bank f/k/a Union Planters Bank, National Associa-tion, d/b/a Regions Mortgage was Plaintiff, and Jennifer Lynne Leonard and Fifth Third Bank d/b/a Fifth Third Bank (Southern Indiana) were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of September, 2009 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Depart-ment, 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.

A part of the Northeast Quarter of fractional Section 26, Township 3 North, Range 7 West, more particularly describ-ed as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of the Public Highway known as the Cabel Road which is 1160 feet West of the intersection of said line with the West line of the Sugarland Road, which point of beginning is 190.4 feet West of a stone at the Southwest corner of the tract of real estate conveyed by Jack H. Largent to Herman Heubel and Helen Heubel, husband and wife, on October 13, 1951 by Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Record 64, Page 387 of the records in the Recorder’s Office of Daviess County, Indiana, and running thence North 324.84 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence South 324.84 feet; and thence West 100 feet to the place of beginning, containing .745 acre.

More commonly known as 1414 Brett Cabel Rd., Washington, IN 47501-1305.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
