PUBLIC NOTICE
Rex Energy Corpora-tion, P.O. Box 318, Bridgeport, IL 62417 has submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas a request to drill and construct a Class II Enhanced Recovery well to be used for the injection of produced brine. This well is located in Section 21, Twp. 5N, Rng. 6W in Daviess County, Indiana.
The subject well - Wallace-Hastings #HI-3, permit #53967 - will be injecting fluid into the Aux Vases formation within the depth interval of 580 feet to 600 feet at a maximum injection pressure not to exceed 525 pounds per square inch. The maximum injection rate for this well will not exceed 500 barrels per day.
Written comments and objections concerning the issuance of this permit must be submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas within 15 days from the publication date of this notice and should be mailed to:
