NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Daviess Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 24, 2009, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Daviess County, in Daviess County, Indiana, located at 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washing-ton, IN 47501 on November 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Daviess County, Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 7 West, Described as follows:
Beginning at a point 158 feet West of the Southeast corner of the following described real estate; fifteen (15) acres off of the West side of the part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 7 West, which lies South a distance of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company's right of way except that part thereof conveyed to Della Mae Leonard and William Arley Leonard, her husband, to the Evansville, Indianapolis and Terre Haute Railway Company on December 4, 1923, by deed recorded in Deed Record 39, page 538 in the Recorders Office of Daviess County, Indiana. Also all that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 7 West, which lies South and East of the right of way of Evansville, Indianapolis and Terre Haute Railway, containing in the tract here in described fifteen (15) acres, more or less, and running thence west 150 feet; thence North to the right of way line of the New York Central Railroad, formerly the Evansville, Indianapolis and Terre Haute Railway, thence North and East with the South right of way line of said railroad to a point due North of the Place of Beginning; thence South to the Place of Beginning, containing 2.75 acres, more or less.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).
It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Daviess County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit of Wells Fargo Financial Indiana, Inc. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
