By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0905-MF-264, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Jose C. Lopez a/k/a Jose Lopez was Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of November, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.
