Advantra Freedom PFFS, a Medicare Advantage health plan offered by Coventry Health and Life Insurance Company and First Health Life & Health Insurance Company, will stop providing Medicare coverage in all states and counties effective January 1, 2010.
If you are now a member of Advantra Freedom PFFS, we will keep providing your Medicare coverage through December 31, 2009, and we will be sending you a letter with more information on how to change your coverage starting January 1, 2010.
