Daviess County Council to considor appropriations

LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Daviess County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the Daviess County Council at their regular meeting place in the Commissioners Room of the Daviess County Courthouse, Washington, IN at 9:00 a.m. on November 12, 2009, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

CIRCUIT COURT

Pauper Attorney $20,000.00

SUPERIOR COURT

Public Defender Fund $90,000.00

SECURITY CENTER

Electricity - $26,450.00

E-911

Equipment - $10,000.00

GAL/CASA

CASA Director - $6,905.00

FICA - $529.00

Office Supplies - $150.00

Postage - $300.00

Travel - $1,000.00

Telephone - $400.00

Advertising - $100.00

Training - $750.00

Office Machines - $100.00

COMMISSIONERS

Insurance - $241,000.00

CUM BRIDGE

Bridge #183 - $50,000.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Fi-nance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of action taken.
