J & L Home Center, LLC (Highway 50 East, Washington, Indiana 47501) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Deer Creek Subdivision (East side of SR 257, approximately 200' north of CR 75 S.) located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 3 North, Range 7 West, Daviess County, Indiana.
