Daviess County Council to consider appropriations

LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Daviess County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the Daviess County Council at their regular meeting place in the Commissioners Room of the Daviess County Courthouse, Washington, IN at 9:00 a.m. on December 9, 2009, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

H1N1 RESPONSE

Overtime - $10,655.00

Social Security - $965.00

Perf - $980.00

Office Supplies - $3,000.00

Other Supplies - $3,713.00

Adm. Asst. - $8,400.00

Clinical Staff - $20,400.00

Facility Use Fees - $600.00

Equipment - $13,950.00

CUMULATIVE BRIDGE FUND

Bridge #315 - $100,000.00

E-911

Equipment - $10,000.00

CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT

Jail Expenses - $27,000.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Fi-nance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of action taken.
