LEGAL NOTICE
The Daviess County Solid Waste District Board will receive sealed bids until 8:00 a.m., E.S.T., on December 14, 2009, in the Landfill Equipment Build-ing, at the Daviess County Landfill, Montgomery, Indiana, on the following piece of equipment:
One new or used with no more than 1,500 hours track type tractor with 430 horsepower or more to buy or lease to purchase.
Specifications, instruc-tions, and information to bidders for said piece of equipment will be on file at the Daviess County Landfill, 1640 N 650 E, Montgomery, Indiana.
A completed Solid Waste District Bid Proposal Form is to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of 10 percent (10%) of bid proposal and a non collusion affidavit.
The Daviess County Solid Waste Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
