Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area accepting bids

LEGAL NOTICE

Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area will be accepting sealed bids on the following:

Approximately 207 acres more or less, located at Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area, in Daviess County.

For the above lease, bidders must submit 50% of the total bid amount with the bid packet. Do not bid per acres or on a year basis. Bid one amount for the entire term of the lease.

The term for this lease shall be for approximately two years beginning upon signing of the lease and ending December 31, 2011.

Payment must be made in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or money order made payable to the State of Indiana.

Bids must be submitted on an original state surplus bid form. Along with a non-collusion statement and mailed in an original DNR envelope to the address on the bid envelope, all of which are available by contacting Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area at (812-644-7711).

Sealed bids must be received before 2:00 p.m. on January 11, 2010, at Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area, 6001 E. 600 S., Montgomery, IN 47558.
