Board of Zoning Appeals to meet

WASHINGTON — Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Washington, on the 25th day of April, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of the City of Washington, County of Daviess, State of Indiana, will hold a public hearing on: Case #12-5-V: Jason Knepp request for a variance from requirements in S-1 zoning of one acre to 1/2 acre to build a residence. Property is located at 701 S 100 East.

A copy of the petition is on file in the office of the Secretary of the City of Washington Board of Zoning Appeals, 2113 Memorial Avenue, in Washington, Daviess County, State of Indiana.

That written objections to the proposal that are filed with the Secretary before the hearing will be considered.

Oral comments concerning the proposal will be heard.

Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary
