Aubrey Myers has petitioned the Court to change the name of her son, Damien Drew Fidler to Damien Drew Myers, in the Daviess Circuit Court. Petition was filed on the 14th day of March, 2012 and any person that is interested in contesting this petition needs to notify the Daviess Circuit Court at 200 E. Walnut St., or Attorney Mary B. Goss at 201 E. Main St., Suite 305, Washington, IN 47501 and any person has the right to appear at the hearing set for May 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. and file objections.
